The ‘IN Budapest’ is a new unique complex of four picturesque buildings built around a single inner courtyard and includes roofed parking for cars and bicycles, which is fully customized for students’ needs.

The building was originally functioned since 1938 as the famous Piatnik card factory and was newly built as Students Accommodation by IN Group Hungary in 2020.

IN Budapest offers exclusive services of accommodation, from reception and security to a young staff helping students with their everyday issues, making it possible for them to concentrate on their university projects and studies and live within the community of their international peers.

Comfort and security are the two most important things a student needs at his place, so he or she can concentrate on the studies and the fun parts of student life. These circumstances are perfectly provided by IN Budapest.
Other services which are accessible for an extra fee, include a laundry room, cleaning and room service. If they need to make copies for a presentation, or they are just simply preparing for an exam, they can use the copy machines at the building. And for those who would like to chill out after studying, there is a gym and a coffee shop. Below the building there is a parking lot with 26 available spaces.

All the apartments are handed over to the students in a fully furnished and designed condition, so students do not need to run around the city to get a sofa or a door to the bathroom, which often happens when they move into a rented flat. The rental fee includes expenses such as water, electricity, heating, cooling, common cost and Wi-Fi leaving no other expenses for the young tenants. The fee also covers the reception, maintenance and 24-hour security services by CCTV cameras.
