The company oversees the IN Budapest student accommodation, providing a comfortable and well-maintained living environment for students, while also managing several office buildings in Törökbálint and supporting the needs of their business tenants through professional property management and ongoing maintenance.
The Visionary Behind IN GROUP
Motty, founder of IN Group and a University of Haifa-qualified accountant, is a veteran of the Hungarian real estate sector. After starting at Ernst & Young and serving as CEO of Home Center Zrt, he managed a massive development portfolio of over 453,000 square meters, including landmark projects like Akac Liget, White Castle, Albatross, King’s Pass I-IV, Orient, and 360 Budapest. Since arriving in the early 2000s, Motty’s mission has been to prioritize the people inside the buildings as much as the structures themselves. With four children growing up in the city he helped shape, his work in Budapest isn’t just a portfolio—it’s home.
