Contact and brochure request forms. When you contact us through the website, we process the details you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number, the subject you select and your message. We use them solely to respond to your enquiry and for related correspondence. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep messages until your enquiry is resolved and for a reasonable period thereafter.
Meeting booking. If you book a meeting, scheduling is handled by Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), whose own privacy policy also applies. Calendly only loads when you open the booking window.
Server logs. Our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to keep the site running and prevent abuse. These are deleted automatically on a regular schedule.
The website uses the following cookies:
| Cookie | Purpose | Type | Lifetime |
| lang | Remembers your language choice | Essential | 1 year |
| cookie_consent | Remembers your cookie consent decision | Essential | 1 year if accepted, 180 days if rejected |
| Google Ads measurement cookies (e.g. _gcl_au) | Measuring the performance of our advertising, conversion tracking | Marketing — only with your consent | Per Google's current settings (typically up to 90 days) |

Essential cookies are required for the website's basic functions and need no consent. Marketing cookies are used only if you click "Accept" on the consent banner. You can change your decision at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.
With your consent, the website uses the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure how our advertising performs. Without consent, the tag does not load at all. More about Google's data practices: policies.google.com/privacy.
On the same basis — only with your consent — we use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) to measure how our Facebook and Instagram advertising performs and to build advertising audiences. Without consent the Pixel does not load at all and no data reaches Meta. More about Meta's data practices: facebook.com/privacy/policy.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing. We use the following processors: our hosting provider (serving the website and e-mail), Google Ireland Ltd. (ad measurement, only with consent), Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (ad measurement, only with consent) and Calendly LLC (meeting scheduling, only if you use it). Using Calendly may involve a transfer outside the EU (to the USA), safeguarded by European Commission adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability. Send requests to the e-mail address above; we respond within one month at the latest.
If you believe our processing infringes your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11, Hungary; www.naih.hu.
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always available on this page.
